Questions are Your Friend

Updated: Dec 2, 2023

Seriously.

Asking them and then digging down deeper into the answers brings about such healthy awareness of why we act, react, and respond the way we do.

Asking questions brings a spark to the brain and promotes active thinking. When we pose a question, it stimulates the cerebral cortex to process information, recall relevant knowledge, and consider different perspectives.

Questions are fundamental to the learning process. I personally have an avarice for learning new things, especially about myself. Questions help us to deepen our understanding and aid us in the life discovery process.

The bible says, “if we don’t ask, we won’t receive”. Not rocket science, is it? Ask and then receive.

Those that know me realize I’m a solution gal. I like to dig down under the surface and dive into the nooks and crannies, pushing aside the cobwebs, to find answers. My husband said, I would have made a great detective, lol. Well, as a coach, I count that as my biggest super power.

Let’s take the next 31 days and ask ourselves some vital (and interesting) questions that may just lead us into a great new beginning of a New Year.

Personal and business growth often involves self-reflection, and questions play a vital role in this process. Asking oneself questions about goals, values, and experiences can lead to greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of one's motivations and aspirations.

Starting the year with a clean slate always feels so good - Starting the year with direction, is the icing on the cake.

If you would like to receive these for the next 31 days in your inbox, respond to this email with the word "31 days" — They will look like this.

They are fun and unique.

Journal your answers. Discuss with your family/friends. Use them with your team at work. Contemplate on the why’s. Write down your AHA moments. Bring your insights to a coaching session.

There are no wrong and no absolutely right answers. The questions are to be used for insight. They may even lead to more questions. That is great! More questions, lead to great places.

Let’s have fun with this…your insight can help to provide clarity and direction on the who, what, where, when, why’s and how’s for 2024 in both life and business.

If you have any questions at all (no pun intended), let me know! I’m here for you.

Here’s to the Discovery Process!!!!

With Vizion, Sue:)
